For SOA 12c installs or patching, to check the version of existing SOA 12c, you can use the commandline script soaversion.sh located under $ORACLE_HOME/soa/bin or alternatively you may make use of the Fusion Middleware Web Console to check the version details of SOA 12c.

Example: For SOA 12.1.3.0.1
