FMW 11.1.1.9.6 - Applying Oracle Business Process Management Suite (BPM) Patch 17412297: INITIATOR AND TASK IN INBOX HAVE DIFFERENT PRECEDENCE OF HTTP/HTTPS PROTOCOLS
- Download Patch 17412297 ( p17412297_111196_Generic.zip )
- Ensure the patch for bug 22036578 ( Patch 22036578 SOA 11.1.1.9.6 ) has already been applied
- Set ORACLE_HOME to $MW_HOME/Oracle_SOA1
Applying Patch 17412297
- Unzip the patch
$ unzip -d PATCH_TOP p17412297_111196_Generic.zip
- Shutdown all servers (Admin and Managed Servers)
- $ cd PATCH_TOP/17412297/oui
- Run opatch apply
$ opatch apply
- Update worklist application using app server application update tool.
- Restart all servers (Admin and Managed Servers)
Patch De-installation
If any issues after applying the patch and rollback is required, follow below steps:
- Shutdown all servers (Admin and Managed Servers)
- $ cd PATCH_TOP/17412297/oui
- Run OPatch rollback
$ opatch rollback -id 17412297
- Restart all servers (Admin and Managed Servers)

- Download Patch 22036578 ( p22036578_111190_Generic.zip )
- Ensure all patch pre-requisites as in README file are met before applying patch
Applying Patch 22036578
- Unzip the patch
$ unzip -d PATCH_TOP p22036578_111190_Generic.zip
- Stop all servers (Admin Server and all Managed Servers)
- $ cd PATCH_TOP/22036578
- $ opatch apply
- Restart all servers (Admin Server and all Managed Servers
