FMW 11.1.1.6.0 - Applying Patch 17634864: MERGE LABEL REQUEST ON TOP OF 11.1.1.6.0 FOR BUGS 16810628 16224473

- Download Patch 17634864 ( p17634864_111160_Generic.zip )

- Ensure Patch 13866584 is already applied.

- Ensure all patch pre-requisites as highlighted in readme file are met

Applying Patch 17634864

- Set the JRF_HOME environment variable to JRF home.
  The default location is : "[MW_HOME]/oracle_common"
   
- Stop all servers (Admin Server and all Managed Server(s))

- Unzip the patch zip file into the PATCH_TOP.

   $ unzip -d PATCH_TOP p17634864_111160_Generic.zip

-  $ cd PATCH_TOP/17634864

- Run OPatch to apply the patch

   $ opatch apply

- Start all servers (Admin Server and all Managed Servers)

Patch De-installation

If any issues after applying the patch and rollback is required, follow below steps:

- Stop all servers (Admin Server and all Managed Server(s))

- Change to the directory where the patch was unzipped.

   $ cd PATCH_TOP/17634864

- Run OPatch to deinstall the patch.

   $ opatch rollback -id 17634864
                          
- Restart all servers (Admin Server and all Managed Servers)

Download and copy the patch file p14463779_1036_Generic.zip to staging area

Copy the patch files to /sid/fmw/product/112/utils/bsu/cache_dir

cp $STAGE_DIR/patches/YUIS.jar $MW_HOME/product/112/utils/bsu/cache_dir/

cp $STAGE_DIR/patches/patch-catalog_20336.xml $MW_HOME/product/112/utils/bsu/cache_dir/

cd $MW_HOME/product/112/utils/bsu

Backup existing patch-catalog.xml

cp patch-catalog.xml patch-catalog_orig.xml

mv patch-catalog_20336.xml patch-catalog.xml

- cd /sid/fmw/product/112/utils/bsu/

Applying the patch

./bsu.sh -prod_dir=/sid/fmw/product/112/wlserver_10.3 
-patch_download_dir=/sid/fmw/product/112/utils/bsu/cache_dir -patchlist=UJIZ  -verbose -install


- To validate the patch

./bsu.sh -view -status=applied -prod_dir=/sid/fmw/product/112/wlserver_10.3


- Start services
