FMW 12.1.3.0.0 - Applying Patch 22970958: SOA Bundle Patch 12.1.3.0.160419(ID:160318.1811.0207)

- Download Patch 22970958 (p22970958_121300_Generic.zip)

- Please note if Patch 19707784 has been applied, it will be rolledback when applying Patch 22970958

- Ensure all patch pre-requisites as highlighted in the README file are met before proceeding with patching activity.

- Set environment variables, ORACLE_HOME, PATH, etc

- Stop MT Services

- Apply Patch 20163149 is it is recommended for performance improvement if not already applied

- Verify patch 20163149 applied by running: 

$ opatch lsinventory | grep 20163149


Applying Patch 22970958

- Unzip patch 22970958 and run opatch apply

$ cd $PATCH_TOP/22970958

$ opatch apply

- Verify patch applied 

$ opatch lsinventory | grep 22970958

- Start MT services

- If any issues post patching and rollback is required, run opatch rollback and restart MT services

$ opatch rollback -id  22970958


Applying Patch for JDeveloper plugins

- If applying patch for Jdeveloper plugins:

i) Close JDeveloper if running
ii) Run opatch apply

$ cd $PATCH_TOP/22970958

$ opatch apply


Post Patch Install Instructions:

- Follow detailed instructions in Patch README file and apply relevant bug fixes
