On a SOA 11.1.1.7.x 2-node cluster, when SOA Composite trying to produce message to JMS queue below fault is encountered.

". The invoked JCA adapter raised a resource exception.
Please examine the above error message carefully to determine a resolution.

To fix this issue, apply Patch 16219305 and retest the issue. Errors should no longer be seen in the logs after apply patch.
