  1. I'm getting this same issue. Are you using a user who is defined in the DefaultAuthenticator provider with a file-based policy store, or is this from an Active Directory provider? I'm seeing this issue with the weblogic user (DefaultAuthenticator), and am wondering if it's due to jazn-data.xml corruption.

  3. Applying MLR patches helps if you are not ready to upgrade to 11.1.1.8 as yet. Applied MLR16 on 11.1.1.6 and issue got resolved for us.

  5. Strange, this issue is supposed to be fixed in 11.1.1.8. Let me try to test this in 11.1.1.8 environment. I recently reproduced this issue in 11.1.1.7 and then applied MLR 3 on top of it. Issue got resolved in 11.1.1.7 with MLR3.
